At RIHOAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
